I am a cloud architect and AWS Hero based in Milan. For the last decade I have been building, breaking, and quietly fixing infrastructure inside organizations that range from three-person startups to industrial groups with tens of thousands of employees. The throughline, more than any specific technology, has been a stubborn interest in the boring problems: the ones that do not make conference talks but determine whether a platform is loved or merely tolerated.

This site is where I write down what I learn, slowly, and with no obligation to ship on a schedule. The pieces here are long because the topics are. If you are looking for ten-minute reads with five takeaways, there are excellent blogs for that. This is not one of them.
